How do I reset my password?

How do I change my name in the chat?
Once you are signed in to the members area, click on your name or profile picture at the top right, then click Profile. And here you can change your Display Name.
How do I update my billing information or cancel my subscription?

My credit card is being declined. Why is that?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid. Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
How do I make sure to receive the Trade Alerts by email?
Once you are signed in to the members area, click on your name or profile picture at the top right, then click Notification Settings and finally click on Alerts Settings. Make sure Emails notifications are checked for all your subscriptions
Why does my livestream look blurry, pixelated or just not playing smoothly?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection.
We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
If your livestream is blurry or pixelated, the video player may have automatically adjusted the quality due to factors like an unstable internet connection. To improve the quality, go to "Settings" and change it to 1080p or to the highest quality that your internet can handle.
Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet without using an app?
