Hey Gamers,
So I just finished today’s Game Plan show and I’m sitting here in my hotel room in Italy, and I keep thinking about that employee analogy I threw out there.
I think it really clicked for some of you guys, especially Jeffrey who was getting all antsy during the drawdown.
First though – yes, I’m literally on a Porsche trip driving 911s through mountain roads at ridiculous speeds, and yes, I’m still doing the show because that’s just how I am.
The Ukrainian thinks I’m crazy for working on vacation, but honestly? I love talking to you guys about this stuff.
Plus, the zones don’t stop working just because I’m dodging hairpin turns in the Alps.
That Employee Thing Changed Everything
So Jeffrey was in chat today talking about trying to read candle structure to get back in during that little dip.
And I get it, I really do. When you see red, your brain starts screaming “DO SOMETHING. FIX IT. MAKE IT GREEN AGAIN.”

But here’s the thing – and this is where that employee analogy comes in – if you had a worker who got things right 90% of the time, would you constantly be looking over their shoulder?
Would you be like “hey, I think you should handle this customer call differently” every five minutes?
Of course not. You’d let them do their job because they’re GOOD at their job.
That’s exactly what Game Plan is.
It’s your really, really good employee. And when you take a Game Plan trade, you’re not trading – the Game Plan is trading. You’re just the execution. You’re just clicking the buttons.
I saw some of you guys in chat today getting it. Really getting it. archie banked his winner. jkanter too.
They followed the rules, trusted the process, and got paid. The ones who tried to get cute with entries and exits? Radio silence after the first few minutes.
Today Was Actually Perfect (Even From a Moving Car)
We had this tiny zone today – 623.98 to 624.57, not even a full point – and some of you still made 20%.
I was literally trying not to look at the Ukrainian driving like a maniac down these mountain roads, checking my phone when I could, and the trade just… worked.
We formed this pennant pattern, it failed initially, held the 40-period moving average, then retook the pennant.
When I saw it retake that mouth of the pennant, I knew this thing was going to rip. Textbook stuff.
But I saw some of you guys freaking out during that little dip. Look, I get it.
Some of you are new to the service, and we’re basically conditioning you to be mechanical. Because that’s what this is – it’s truly mechanical.
The beauty is, it doesn’t matter if I’m watching every tick from my office or if I’m trying not to get carsick while checking zones between mountain passes. The system works.
This Week Is Going To Be Absolute Chaos
Okay, real talk – buckle up because this week is going to test everyone’s patience.
We’ve got CPI tomorrow morning at 8:30, which could gap us up or down before we even start trading.
Then we get Fed speakers at 9:15, 12:45, and 2:45. Thursday? More Fed speakers at 10:00 AM, 12:45, and 1:30.
Here’s what’s going to happen: these Fed people are going to open their mouths and say things like “we’re monitoring inflation closely” or “we remain data dependent” – basically the same stuff they always say. But the algos?
The algos are going to lose their minds. They’re going to parse every single word, every pause, every inflection and start buying or selling millions of dollars worth of contracts in milliseconds.
If we’re in a zone when Jerome Powell’s buddies start talking, one of two things happens: either we rocket straight to target because the algos decide his words are bullish, or we get whipsawed around like a pinball because the algos can’t decide what he means.
The crazy part? Ten minutes later, when the human traders actually digest what was said, the market usually settles back into its normal patterns.
But those ten minutes? Pure chaos.
Either way, we will be ready and have our zones in place.
Why This Community Matters More Than Ever
You know what I realized today while trading from literally the middle of nowhere? We’re not just a trading service. We’re a trading desk. A real one.
Think about it – we’ve got people in this chat trading futures, others using SPX, some sticking with SPY.
We’ve got beginners who were afraid to day trade six months ago now banking consistent winners.
We’ve got advanced traders who blew up their accounts learning that discipline beats intelligence every single time.
And we’re all using the same levels. The same zones. The same mechanical approach.
That’s powerful. That’s something special.
In June, we had 12 trades, one loser. So far in July, five trades (including today), one loser. But here’s the thing – that one loser? It was inconsistent with Game Plan. Meaning when I stick to the rules, when WE stick to the rules, this thing works.
I get messages from you guys all the time. People saying they finally feel confident trading. That they’re not stressed about the market anymore because they know their “employee” has a 90%+ success rate.
That’s what we’re building here.
Confidence. Consistency. Community.
Here’s What’s Next
Remember – we never take Game Plan trades after 3:00 PM unless we’re already in one. Don’t chase late setups, especially this week with all the Fed noise.
And most importantly? Trust your employee. Let the zones do their job. We laugh together, we cry together, but we trust the process.
The zones are magnets, Gamers. They work whether I’m in Chicago, New York, or the Italian Alps.
Let them work for you too.
Rock on,
Voz
