The market made its move in the first three minutes today.
SPY opened around 739 and flushed. Right off the bell, no warning, just straight down.
The PCE number ran hot, a three-year high, and the sellers were gone before most people even had their charts up. Hot damn, what a morning.
And here is the best part. We were ready for it.
You know how I trade.
I do not sit and stare at a screen all day waiting and praying. I find the zone before the open, I mark the level, and then I wait for the market to come to me.
Enter the zone, buy the zone, sell the zone.
That is the whole thing, love. When SPY broke down through our level this morning, that was the green light, and the put was on.
Then I just let it work.
And oh my god, did it work.
We were hotties this morning, what can I say.
But I want you to hear the real reason it worked, because it was not luck and it was not me being some genius.
It was the plan.
The zone was set before the open.
The level was clear before the open. So when the flush came, there was nothing to figure out, nothing to chase.
The work was already done. All we had to do was execute.
That is the whole difference, love.
Same flush, same chart, two kinds of people. The ones with a zone sitting there waiting for it ate this morning. The ones reacting in real time watched it fly by.
And now the discipline part, because plenty of folks were up big and handed it right back.
When you get the move, you take the money. This one was fast and it was violent, which means it can turn on you just as fast. My members who banked it hit their targets and walked. The ones squeezing for the last nickel gave some of it back.
Taking the win is a skill, and it is the one that keeps you alive in this game.
